Do you offer any discounts on your products?
Yes, our international distributors receive a fixed 20% discount off our website prices.
Can you send me digital or physical sample resources of selected products?
Yes, we can easily send you a link to digital samples for 99% of our products. We do not offer physical samples for international accounts unfortunately
How long does it take to receive our order normally?
Digital items are sent within 24-48 hours. If items are in stock they ship in 48-72 hours. For non stock and special order items please allow 14-21 days for delivery. Allow extra shipping time during peak summer season ordering. Contact us at cs@myibsource.com if you have a question prior to ordering.
Are your products returnable?
We do not accept returns for our products unless they are damaged and/or the wrong product is received.
Do you include customs or local taxes in your shipping costs?
We do not. All customs, duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the distributor in their home country.
