DP Business Management

The IB Diploma Business Management curriculum provides students with a holistic understanding of business principles, focusing on decision-making, strategic planning, and ethical considerations in a global context. The course develops critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills by covering business organization, marketing, operations management, finance, and human resources.

Students apply business theories to real-world case studies, preparing for assessments that include Paper 1 (case study analysis), Paper 2 (structured and extended response questions), and the Internal Assessment (IA), where they conduct independent research on a business issue. The curriculum encourages students to think like entrepreneurs and business leaders, making connections between business concepts and their impact on society.
